While I was satisfied with the end result, and they did an excellent job in the end, I was without heat and hot water for 7 days which was a huge inconvenience. I realize they had several obstacles to overcome due to my old system and I really appreciate their diligence it was a complicated job

From scheduling onwards, we were in good hands with Dustin, who efficiently booked our request to install a SaniBest Pro unit. Dustin promptly dispatched Mike and Roland, who arrived on time and immediately got to work. They installed the unit to our satisfaction and even suggested an electrician who could complete the default outlet necessary to connect the unit. Overall, we are very satisfied about their workmanship and professionalism, and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Got them to replace a garbage disposal. I provided the disposer. Great price and even greater service! Scheduled at my convenience. Professional plumber (Will) completed the job cleanly and quickly and even offered plumbing tips. I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend this company.

Called Thur morning for a non functional hot water heater. Scheduled a service call for Friday afternoon. They had a 10 am cancellation and came out and were able to quickly diagnose a broken water heater. They came back at 2 pm with a new hot water heater. By 6 pm Friday night we had hot water again. Our 1959 North Durham home needed to have a new sewer and water line installed in a different location to accommodate a new retaining wall. Mike provided a thorough estimate and answered all of our questions. Franklin and his workmate Saquon did an awesome job with a very large scale project. When weather got in the way, they worked extra hard to make sure the project finished on time. So glad we hired Brown Brothers!
